Avoids or becomes upset when touch or interacting with various textures

Upset with loud noises

Avoiding movement and/or playing on the playground

Difficulties with coordination

Difficulty completing daily routines

Seeking out constant movement, appearing fidgety

Unsafe within the community, home, or school

Challenges with meltdowns, tantrums, attention, impulsivity, transitions, or trying new things

Limited diet and/or willingness to try new foods

Poor eye contact
