Vantage OT is a licensed pediatric occupational therapy company located in Moncks Corner & Summerville, South Carolina. We provide Clinic & home-based comprehensive evaluations, therapy, and consultations. Vantage OT was founded to bridge the gap of the amount OT services in the low country of South Carolina. We provide in-depth personalized services while building quality relationships with clients and their families. Services are throughout the greater area of Charleston, which includes Berkeley, Dorchester, and Charleston counties.

Guy Vinette
Owner
As an American Speech, Language and Hearing Association (ASHA) certified speech therapist, Guy Vinette, M.A. CCC-SLP opened Vantage Speech & Language with the vision of providing the best evidence-based practice to maximize growth and development. Mr. Vinette graduated from the State University of New York at Buffalo and holds a Master of Arts degree in Speech-Language Pathology. He has years of experience working with children and adults in hospitals, rehabilitation centers, and school settings, providing services with needs ranging from mild to severe language and communication impairments. Through a caring and innovative speech therapy approach, it is his goal to maximize each individual’s potential. This is accomplished by focusing on individual needs while including family and loved ones in the therapeutic process through training and education. Guy's areas of expertise include non-verbal and verbal communicators in the areas of augmentative & alternative communication (AAC) and developmental and acquired language disorders. He is trained to perform PROMPT therapy. He demonstrates years of experience working with fluency, articulation and social pragmatic skills. Guy is constantly evolving his approach to ensure that treatment options are in the best interest for all clients. Guy currently lives in Summerville with his wife, son, daughter, and golden retriever. He moved from Niagara Falls, NY in 2015 and continues to love playing hockey, golf, and hiking in his spare time.

Lindsey Woodruff
Director of Vantage Operations
Lindsey Woodruff, M.S. CCC-SLP, is a licensed and certified speech-language pathologist and has a passion for specializing in children with cognitive, fluency, and speech sound disorders. She is trained to perform PROMPT therapy. Lindsey holds a Bachelor’s degree in speech pathology and audiology with a minor in child development. Lindsey earned her Master’s Degree in Speech-Language Pathology from West Virginia University. She is a member of the American Speech-Language Hearing Association and has obtained the certificate of clinical competence in the field of speech language pathology. Lindsey currently lives in Charleston and enjoys going to the beach, hiking, boating, and spending time with her husband, Mark and dog, Turbo.

Gracie Aprahamian, MOT, OTR/L
Director of Occupational Therapy Operations
Gracie received her Bachelors of Health Sciences and Masters of Occupational Therapy from Quinnipiac University. She loves to work with the whole family, while collaborating with other practitioners. Gracie enjoys working with children on the Autism spectrum and children experiencing developmental delays, and/or sensory differences. Gracie is a DIR Floortime provider and is trained in the SOS approach to feeding. She has extensive experience providing occupational therapy services in a sensory clinic. Gracie grew up in New York and recently moved from North Carolina. She loves to spend time with her husband, son, and two chocolate labs. Gracie enjoys cooking/baking and taking fitness classes.

Kristi Grant,
COTA/L
Kristi Grant is a certified and licensed occupational therapist assistant. She graduated from Trident Technical College in 2020. Over the past 3 years she has worked in a pediatric in-clinic setting in the Charleston area. This included working with therapists of multiple disciplines in behavioral, physical and speech. She was born in Ohio but raised in Florida. She and her husband Josh, 2 children Lyndi and JJ, and Boston terrier Hank moved to the Summerville area 6 years ago. She enjoys spending time camping, traveling, reading, hanging with friends, and watching football, Go Bengals!

Sarah Bartow,
COTA/L
Sarah Bartow, A.A.S., COTA, is a graduate of the South College Occupational Therapy Assistant program. Sarah has experience primarily in the pediatric outpatient setting as well as a bit in the geriatric setting. Sarah grew up in Las Vegas, but has been in the Southeast since 2010 when she moved to Augusta, Georgia after being stationed there with US Army. She's recently moved to the Charleston area from East Tennessee. Sarah enjoys her favorite hobbies of sewing and reading as well as spending time with her husband, two daughters, and two dogs.

Savannah Verdi
OTR/L
Savannah is a licensed and certified occupational therapist. She received her Bachelor of Science in Child Development and Family Relations from Tennessee Tech University and her Masters of Occupational Therapy at the University of St Augustine for Health Sciences. She has experience in the pediatric setting as well as with the adult population. She loves working with each child and their family to provide the best support possible! Savannah grew up in Auburn, AL and moved to the Charleston area in 2023 with her husband, son and dog. In her free time, she enjoys reading and spending time outdoors. She is experienced in pediatric as well as adult settings, and has worked with diagnoses that include feeding, sensory processing, rare genetic disorders, complex medical conditions, and neurological disorders. Previously, she has used Aquatic Therapy and Animal-Assisted Therapy to help her clients gain independence. Anna was born and raised in Fort Wayne, Indiana and recently moved to the Charleston area. She enjoys spending time with family and her two labs, Cooper and Kiwi. Cooper is a certified therapy dog and previously practiced alongside Anna in Indiana.

Heather Kizer,
COTA/L
Heather Kizer, COTA/L, is a licensed and certified Occupational Therapy Assistant who graduated from Trident Technical College. She is a member of the American Occupational Therapy Association as well as the South Carolina Occupational Therapy Association. She loves to work with each child and their family using a creative individualized treatment plan while collaborating with other interprofessionals to reach each child's highest potential. Heather has a background of working with children with special needs and enjoys working with children on the Autism spectrum and children who have intellectual/developmental delays, as well. Heather grew up in Cordova, SC and moved to Dorchester county 3 years ago when marrying her husband, Nick. Heather's favorite thing to do is spend time with her husband, two bonus children, and two dogs: who are an aussiedoodle and golden retriever. Heather enjoys reading, going to the beach and spending time with her friends/family.

Lauren Chambers,
COTA/L
Lauren is originally from Columbia, SC and currently resides in Mount Pleasant. She earned her Associate in Applied Science as an Occupational Therapy Assistant from South University in 2019. Upon graduation, Lauren moved to Charleston, SC. In addition to her Occupational Therapy Assistant License, Lauren is also a Certified Children's Yoga Instructor and a Trauma Informed Yoga Therapist. She treats patients with a variety of diagnoses including but not limited to Sensory Processing Disorder, Autism Spectrum Disorder, developmental delay, ADHD, Down Syndrome and PTSD. In her spare time, Lauren enjoys yoga, surfing, reading, spending time in nature and time with her family and friends!

Jayden Weston,

Jayden Weston is a certified and licensed occupational therapist assistant. She graduated from Trident Technical College in 2023. Since then, she has worked in a variety of settings across the low country. She enjoys engaging with others disciplines in behavioral, physical and speech. She loves to provided fun and creative ways to enhance their potential. Jayden was born in Beaufort, SC and raised in Summerville, SC. She enjoys spending time with her family and friends, traveling, and watching sports. Go TarHeels!

Vicki Doyle
COTA/L
Vicki graduated from Southeastern College in 2023 with an Associates of Applied science as an occupational therapy assistant. She has previous experience working with children with ASD and sensory based needs, as well as motor planning/ proprioceptive difficulties in the home health setting. Vicki is a Charleston native and enjoys going to the beach, spending time with family and friends, and reading.

Kayla Param

Kayla is a licensed and certified Occupational Therapy Assistant who graduated from Trident Technical College. Born and raised in Charleston, SC, she is passionate about providing client-centered care to children and their families. Kayla has experience working with children with autism spectrum disorder (ASD), developmental and intellectual delays, and behavioral challenges. Outside of work, she enjoys traveling, spending time with loved ones, cuddling her dogs Kuma and Panda, and exploring new foods as a self-proclaimed foodie!
